Caspar Bopp and Anna Dorothea Daut married in Büdingen on 9 April 1766. This marriage record states that Caspar was from Vonhausen and Anna Dorothea was the widow of Friedrich Daut from Diebach.

Johann Caspar Bopp (son of Johann Ernst and Anna Elisabeth Bopp from Vonhausen) was baptized on 12 December 1708. He married Anna Elisabetha Loth in Vonhausen on 6 January 1735. This couple had six children, including Anna Christina Bopp, baptized 20 October 1748. Anna Elisabetha died in Vonhausen on 9 March 1751.

Johann Friedrich Daut (son of Peter Daut from Mittelgründau) and Anna Dorothea Daut (daughter of Jost Heinrich Popp from Diebach) married on 6 February 1739 in Vonhausen. Anna Dorothea had been baptized in Vonhausen on 27 October 1722. This couple had six children, among them were Maria Elizabetha Daut, baptized 7 October 1750, and Johannes Daut, baptized 30 March 1755.

Caspar, Anna Dorothea, and two children from her first marriage (Johann and Maria Elisabeth) arrived in Oranienbaum, Russia (now Lomonosov) on 11 June 1766 aboard the Lübeck ship Der Junge Mathias.

Caspar, Anna Dorothea, and Maria Elisabeth, are among the first settlers in the colony of Messer (Household 82), arriving on 18 June 1767. Johann must have died en route to the settlement area.

Caspar's daughter from his first marriage, Anna Christina, is a late arrival in the colony of Kutter. She is married to Heinrich Bauer. Anna Christina and Heinrich Bauer are listed in the 1775 Kutter census with three children.

Michael Bauer later moves to Messer where his grandfather lived and several other families who were originally from the Vonhausen area.

Heinrich Bauer died after the 1775 Kutter census was completed. Anna Christina remarried to Johannes Sell from Kutter. Anna Christina died 18 April 1808 in Kutter from dropsy.
