Konrad Hall was born on 22 August 1730 in Zwingenberg, south of Darmstadt.
He immigrated to Denmark (Schleswig-Holstein) where he married Eva Katharina Heckmann in the colony of Altona on 27 April 1760. She had been born on 10 January 1728 in Schollbrunn. Konrad and Eva Katharina had one child while in the Danish colonies: Anna Catharina, baptized 24 May 1761 in Friderichsmose, Karup Parish, Viborg AMT.
In 1763, they immigrated to Russia, settling in the colony of Anton on 6 October 1764. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 37.
